I also hope that at this point, you're rolling your eyes at how superior my iPhone is to your POS Android. Why is it that Android still hasn't built a phone that can knock off the mighty iPhone? Or anyone else for that matter? Simple...because the iPhone is so easy to use, that a child or my 86 year old Grandmother can use. Heck, even my own mother-in-law is becoming quite proficient with her 4...she even showed me a neat trick with the zoom feature on the camera!
Whenever I first delved into online marketing/blogging nearly five years ago, the iPhone was in its infancy, and there was no iPad to speak of. Apple had not entered my life at this point to make it more wonderful...instead, I was relegated to three PC's and a Motorola V Series flip phone. That was it.
Fast forward to today, and not only do I have the iPhone 4, but I also have an 11" MacBook Air, Mac mini, 21.5" iMac, a Toshiba Satellite PC laptop, and a HP Pavilion PC laptop. The PC laptops were given to me, as well as the MBA. I use them for different reasons, but the MBA is the workhorse. I personally get far more done on it than I would the PC laptops.
Moreover, I can do a lot more with my iPhone, itself a "microcomputer", much like most smartphones nowadays. Thanks largely to apps and a web browser, I can do most of the things that I could do on my MBA. That being said, I would argue that most people only need something like an iPad, unless they like to type a lot.
BTW, I named my folder "Socialism" because that word pisses off Conservative Republicans...a word that that truly don't understand what it means. But that's another article for another time...
PS I finished writing this while taking a dump. U mad?

I ain't mad at it. I haz iPhone 4s. Best phone in the history of the world of time.
Indeed...until 5 drops. Are you getting it?
I think it really comes down to personal preference. I didn't get into smart phones until like 2 years ago and I was on T-Mobile so only Android was available. But I tried the iPad 2 and hated every second.
Sure it was fast and it was pretty but there was no QWERTY keyboard and it was nearly worthless without WIFI nearby. But I suppose that's the case with any tablet which brings me to the point that unless you're just browsing the Internet, playing touch games or watching porn, an actual computer is superior to any tablet.
I will probably get a 5. it will be a year and a half or so before I do though.
